I have a Panasonic HDC-SD900 camcorder, which is an excellent compact camera, offering features that few of its rivals can match. It features 1920 x 1080 60p MPEG-4 AVC/H.264 Full HD video. And I would like using my new TV – Panasonic VIERA TC-P50S30 50-Inch 1080p Plasma HDTV for displaying these recorded 1080P MTS videos. The Sony DSC-TX100V is on the iMovie ‘11 compatibility list, But it’s a AVCHD 1080/60p camera — iMovie ‘11 supports only 30fps! I am recording on a Panasonic HMC-150 (typically in 1080p30 and 1080p24)) and do my editing in FCE. However I need a program to convert the recorded files into something FCE can recognize.
