You can upload pictures on a sight like or photoshop.com and you can edit them there! Its really easy to make a acount with thoses websites then you go to chose files when you make the account and you can edit them from there. Its 100% free!!!
U can try using photoshop, but it’s a little tasky if u dont have one yet because you need to download it before editing,
